The Pipeline Manager tracks your lead through the 6 steps to your commission check. LeadTrac manages the opportunity by categorizing it as a lead, 1st appointment, proposal, listing, contract, or closed. Probability of closing and dollar value are also tracked for easy reporting.

The Pipeline Manager is seamlessly integrated with the "make call" function within the LeadTrac Marketing Manager allowing all the data to be either collected during a conversation with the customer or offline at the broker's convenience
